Microsoft 365 Employee Benefit

As part of the PUD’s Microsoft agreement, employees of the district are eligible to participate in the Microsoft Home Use Program.

This program allows employees to purchase the Microsoft 365 subscription at a discounted price for their personal use.

Life Insurance / Long Term Care Benefit

All regular full-time employees receive an $80,000 life insurance policy with an $80,000 long-term care rider through Trustmark. Enrollment takes place during new hire orientation. For details or questions, please contact HR.

Have you received your vitamin reimbursement yet?

You are entitled to a $100 reimbursement for the cost of vitamins and supplements once per calendar year.

Safety Glass Reimbursement

You can receive up to $50 toward the purchase of prescription glasses once per calendar year.

Don’t forget about the following annual reimbursements available to all full time employees:

Wellness Reimbursement - The PUD will reimburse employees up to $300 per calendar year toward eligible wellness expenses. For a list of eligible expenses check out the Wellness Program Policy.

Logo Wear - The PUD will reimburse employees up to $100 per calendar year toward the purchase of PUD 3 logo wear.

Safety Glasses - The PUD will reimburse employees up to fifty dollars ($50) toward the purchase of safety glasses on an annual basis in excess of what insurance covers.

Vitamin Reimbursement - A one-hundred dollar ($100) reimbursement for the cost of vitamins and/or supplements is paid to full time employees once per calendar year.
