Upon discovering that employees couldn't locate existing LED light wattages exceeding 40 watts through MapViewer, resulting in incomplete service orders, Salem sought a cost-effective alternative to obtaining MapWise licenses. He proactively updated iPads and trained employees, enabling them to easily access this crucial information. This proactive approach improved efficiency and was a cost saving measure to the District.
