Tom Creekpaum

Director of Legal and Regulatory Affairs

We’re excited to welcome Tom as our new Director of Legal and Regulatory Affairs!

Tom is a proud Shelton High School graduate who earned his law degree from Gonzaga University. He also holds a bachelor’s degree with a double major in Business and Communication Studies from the University of Puget Sound.

Tom joins us from the Public Power Council, where he served as General Counsel. Prior to that, he worked in both private practice and for the Administrative Office of the Courts. He is looking forward to returning to the community where he grew up and applying the legal experience he has gained throughout his career.

In his free time, Tom enjoys playing golf, attending sporting events, and spending time with his family. He shared that he is excited to be here and grateful to be part of the team.
