Safety Quiz 2

Safety Quiz 2 is now posted on the intranet safety page. You can also click here to take the quiz now. Complete the quiz by September 30th with a score of 70% or higher to receive 100 safety points.

This quiz is based on emergency preparedness. Answers can be found on Ready.gov, within the PUD 3 Emergency Evacuation Plan, or on NFPA Firewise USA website.

2025 OSHA Update

85% of employees have already completed their OSHA lessons.

Reminder: Required OSHA lessons must be completed by December 15th to earn a year-end safety award! You will not qualify for a year-end incentive if you do not complete your OSHA, even if you have earned points by participating in other Safety Involvement Program categories.

2025 Year-End Safety Incentives

Many employees will qualify for Platinum level year-end safety incentives after completing Safety Quiz 2. Once you have completed the quiz and you confirm you have qualified for Platinum (with Ali Burgess or Mikki Easton), you can use the Safety Incentive Form on the Safety page to choose your year-end incentive. There are many options included in the program and the Safety Incentive Flyer is also posted on the Safety page. Please reach out if you have any questions before submitting your form.
