4th Quarter Excellence Winner!

Thedra Flink was selected as the 4th quarter Excellence Winner for her excellent work in dealing with new COVID requirements for employees. This work includes putting together a Virus Prevention Plan Document; working with various departments to establish visitor and vendor guidelines; and assisting employees regarding potential exposure and illness symptoms. Her work in this area is tied directly to PUD’s core value of safety and is a part of one of our strategic objectives in the employee experience area.
