Ryan Smith and Brandon Smith witnessed a gentleman in distress after a fall that resulted in an injury. They immediately stepped in, provided first aid, and remained with him until 911 arrived. Coincidentally, the injured individual was an employee’s immediate family member, allowing them to promptly notify the employee as well.
