Barbara Adkins

Grant Specialist

Please join me in welcoming Barbara as the new Grant Specialist.

Barbara comes to us from Mason Conservation District. She received her Bachelor of Science in Sociology with a minor in Environmental Science from Stetson University and a Master of Environmental planning from Arizona State University.

She likes spending her time with her kids, growing vegetables, and baking.

Barbara is looking forward to connecting the community with new opportunities resulting from PUD 3’s ability to seek and obtain grant funding.
