Annual Reimbursement Benefits

Don’t forget about the following annual reimbursements available to all full time employees:            

Logo Wear - Deadline December 15th!

The PUD will reimburse employees up to seventy-five dollars ($75) toward the purchase of PUD 3 logo wear. For reimbursement please complete a Claim for Benefits form (Laserfiche), attach your receipt, and submit by December 15th.

The policy was just renewed and starting January 2022, the annual benefit will increase to one-hundred dollars ($100)! You can read the updated policy here or check it out on the Policies page.

Safety Glasses - Deadline December 15th!

The PUD will reimburse employees up to fifty dollars ($50) toward the purchase of safety glasses on an annual basis in excess of what insurance covers. For reimbursement please complete a Claim for Benefits form (Laserfiche), attach your receipt, and submit by December 15th.

Vitamin Reimbursement - Deadline December 15th!

A fifty dollar ($50) reimbursement for the cost of vitamins is paid to full time employees once per calendar year. After purchasing your vitamins, please complete a Claim for Benefits form (Laserfiche), attach your receipt, and submit by December 15th.
