Annual Reimbursement Benefits

Don’t forget about the following annual reimbursements available to all full time employees:   

Submission Deadline December 16th!

Wellness Reimbursement: The PUD will reimburse employees up to $300 per calendar year toward eligible wellness expenses. For a list of eligible expenses check out the Wellness Program Policy. For reimbursement please complete a Claim for Benefits form (Laserfiche), attach your receipt, and submit by December 16th.       

Logo Wear: The PUD will reimburse employees up to $100 per calendar year toward the purchase of PUD 3 logo wear. For reimbursement please complete a Claim for Benefits form (Laserfiche), attach your receipt, and submit by December 16th.

Safety Glasses: The PUD will reimburse employees up to fifty dollars ($50) annually for the purchase of prescription safety glasses, beyond what is covered by insurance. For reimbursement please complete a Claim for Benefits form (Laserfiche), attach your receipt, and submit by December 16th.

Vitamin Reimbursement: A one hundred dollar ($100) reimbursement for the cost of vitamins is paid to full time employees once per calendar year. After purchasing your vitamins, please complete a Claim for Benefits form (Laserfiche), attach your receipt, and submit by December 16th.

You can easily check the reimbursements you’ve already submitted by following these steps:

  1. Log in to Laserfiche Forms

  2. Go to “My Tasks” and select “Completed Tasks” - There you will see all of your previously submitted reimbursement requests, including details of the amounts and types of expenses.
