Big changes to the Employee Assistance Program coming September 1!

Beginning September 1 the PUD employee assistance program (EAP) currently through Reliant Behavioral Health (RBH) will switch to ESI Group - TotalCare EAP.

Prior to September 10th, please finalize any services you are currently utilizing through RBH if applicable. Otherwise, there is nothing you need to do at this time. There will be a representative from TotalCare at the PUD Wellness Fair on August 25 to answer any questions you may have.

TotalCare EAP differs from the typical EAP in several important ways:

  • Calls are not prescreened; every call is answered by a Masters or Ph.D. level counselor who provides direct, in-the-moment counseling to members beginning with the first call.

  • Peak Performance benefits including, one-on-one coaching programs, online training programs and over 25,000 online self-help resources.

  • Employer-focused services and tools, including our acclaimed training services through the ESI Training Center and Resource Centers loaded with expert content.

TotalCare EAP offers all the same benefits our current program offers with additional benefits such as Peak Performance Coaching in the following areas:
