Intranet Tip: Forms Search Bar

Have you ever thought, “what the heck?” when using the search bar on the Forms Page? If so, this tip is for you!

Next time you use the search bar on the Forms Page, and you can’t find what you are looking for, try this tip:

• Use the navigation bar on the side of the page to scroll down. Results won’t always populate to the top of the page. This happens because of the department title sections on the page. When you enter a key word in the search bar, the department titles disappear, but the form doesn’t move from it’s location. If it’s located at the bottom of the page - it will remain there.

  We’ve added a helpful line under the search bar for instruction. It reads: Scroll down to see the results of your search - results don’t always populate to the top of the page.
