Help I.S. Help You!

Need help with your computer equipment? Network, printer, or voicemail issues? Don’t know who to contact? Take the guesswork out and try the I.S. Help Desk Tool.

It’s easy!

  1. Find the I.S. Help Desk Tool on the intranet main page, under the resources tab, or on the Toolbelt - Take your pick!

  2. Log in with your regular login credentials.

  3. Select your “Request Type” from the dropdown and go from there!

The I.S. Help Desk Tool will route your request to the appropriate individual. Not only is it a more efficient way for you, but helpful to the department as a whole when processing requests.

Depending on your request type, FAQ’s might pop up on the righthand side of the screen to assist you.

Once you’ve filled out the required fields, select “Save” and your request will be submitted.

On the Help Desk main page you can also view your help ticket history, your assets, search FAQ’s, and more!
