Turkey Basket & Foster Child Christmas Fundraisers

UPDATE: WITH THE $600 DONATED FOR TURKEY BASKETS, 5 FAMILIES WERE GIVEN A $120 SAFEWAY GIFT CARD TO PURCHASE THE FIXINGS FOR A NICE THANKSGIVING DINNER. THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO DONATED - AND THANK YOU TO CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR REACHING OUT TO OUR CUSTOMERS IN NEED OF A LITTLE HELP THIS HOLIDAY SEASON!

Turkey Basket Fundraiser: For many years, the PUDEA has organized the turkey basket fundraiser to help local families in need by setting the table with all the turkey fixings for a nice Thanksgiving dinner.

The PUDEA is accepting cash donations through the end of the week (November 16) for turkey basket donations. Families will receive a gift-card to purchase items for their Thanksgiving dinner.

Foster Child Christmas Fundraiser: Last month we sent out a survey asking your preference for donating to the Foster Child Christmas Fundraiser (in partnership with Department of Children, Youth & Families, DCYF). Those who wanted to do the shopping themselves, have been notified. Others wanted to donate cash and have DCYF do the shopping. For those of you who want to donate, we are accepting cash donations through the end of November for the Foster Child Christmas Fundraiser.

You can donate for either or both fundraisers via Paypal or Venmo. Both pay to @MC-pudea. Venmo there is no fee. Paypal there is a fee.
