Employees can expect a phone call from Raven or Jeff at Arnold & Smith Insurance as they begin enrolling employees in the LTC coverage. Each call should only take a few minutes.

As a reminder: Opt-Out with the state runs from October 1, 2021 to December 31, 2022. The HR department will be scheduling times to meet with employees the first week of October to walk you through the opt-out process with the Employment Security Department (ESD).
