Lunch & Learn for May 29th is Introduction to Meditation

Join us on Wednesday, May 29th from noon to 1:00 p.m. to learn the joys and benefits of meditation. Diane Hennessy has graciously offered to share her daily practice with us. The session is designed to support body, mind, and heart. Get ready to experience more moments of reflection, clarity, empowerment and connection in your daily life.

Let’s get together have some lunch (sandwich supplies will be provided) and learn together! Our new Lunch & Learn opportunities are designed to be completely voluntary during your lunch for personal enrichment. Please work with your supervisor for coverage if you need to switch lunches in order to attend.

“I’ve been practicing Meditation for about 4 years now, I have been fortunate to be part of a group that meets twice a month since 2015. I thought the Lunch and Learn would be a great opportunity to step out of my comfort zone and share what I have gained from meditation. My hope is to demonstrate some simple meditations (3 minutes can make a difference) and share resources where to find them. I’m hoping that people who have done meditation before will join and offer their perspective and also people who are curious about the practice.
