Mason PUD 3 invites customers to take a customer survey
During the month of May, GreatBlue Research will conduct a customer service on behalf of PUD 3. The results of the survey will inform future decisions, state compliance reports, and more.
Customers can expect to get an email or phone call directly from GreatBlue, which will keep answers anonymous, as required by the Code of Ethics of the National Council on Public Polls and the United States Privacy Act of 1974. The survey includes questions about experiences with PUD 3 services, customer priorities, and more. The survey should take about 10 minutes to complete.
Customers can find active links and QR Codes to the digital survey on the PUD 3 website, social media and bill messages.
