Matt Harcourt - 4th Quarter Excellence Winner!

Matt Harcourt was selected as the fourth quarter excellence winner for his brave response to a motor vehicle accident.

On Wednesday, December 15, Matt was driving down Hwy 106 when he witnessed a truck hit the bank, rollover, and land in the canal. Matt quickly sprung into action and went into the freezing water to rescue the driver; pulling the man from the pickup and back to the road to wait for EMS. Thank you, Matt, for your heroic effort for this person! This reflects on the entire PUD 3 organization and we truly appreciate it!
