On Wednesday, December 15, Belfair Serviceman, Matt Harcourt was driving down Hwy 106 when he witnessed a truck hit the bank, rollover, and land in the canal. Matt quickly sprung into action and went into the freezing water of the canal to rescue the driver; pulling the man from the pickup and back to the road to wait for EMS. Belfair Line Foreman, Caleb Chakos said, “the Belfair crew is glad to have him on our side”. I for one, couldn’t agree more!
