Please join me in welcoming Toby as the new Engineering Designer-Telecom.

He comes to us from Alpha Test Corporation.

Toby graduated High School in Phoenix, AZ and earned a degree in general studies from Liberty University.

He enjoys sailing, scuba diving, and spending time outdoors with family and friends.

Toby is looking forward to a new challenge and being part of the PUD 3 team.
