Amber Orr

Engineering Manager

In anticipation of Tim Devries’ retirement in May of 2021, we are happy to announce that we will be welcoming Amber Orr to the PUD as an Engineering Manager in November of this year.

Amber will be joining us from Pend Oreille PUD, where she has worked most recently.  Her background includes both national and international work for the Utility and Industrial Sectors.  She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and is a licensed Washington State Professional Engineer.  She is an active Senior member of IEEE, has served as an Adjunct Professor, Forensic Engineer, and Facilitator for WSU Hands on Relay School.
