New Toolbelt Design on the Intranet!

Are you tired of trying to find where to go to do a simple task on one of the PUD’s many platforms? Well we heard you! Check out the New Toolbelt (link prominently at the top of the intranet page now). You’ll find that we added a section called “Employee Platforms and Technology Tools” at the very top of the page for you to find easily. You can also “search” now too! Each icon includes links to the various tools each platform offers and there’s a brief description that tells you what that platform can do. Also some of the links have all the up-to-date guidance, related instructions, and support!

Keep in mind that some of these platforms will still require you to “log-in” once you click through, but we hope this makes your workflow a little more streamlined. Please contact the IS team, Records team, or Communications team if you have any more ideas to make this site better!

COMING SOON! We are working on an improved experience for our Mobile (iPad) Users as well. We want all the tools you use daily to be easily found and accessible. Stay tuned for an announcement when the I.S., Records, and Communications teams have that ready to launch!
