PUDEA Food Drive
We’re organizing a food drive to support our local food bank and help families who may soon face extra challenges putting food on the table.
Because the federal government hasn’t passed spending legislation to keep it open, DSHS will lose funding after November 1, 2025, and won’t be able to issue food benefits unless funding is restored. This is a great time for us to come together and help our neighbors in need.
What: Non-perishable food items (canned goods, pasta, rice, peanut butter, etc.)
When: Starting Monday, November 3, donations will be accepted until the end of the month
Where: Drop-off boxes will be located in Customer Service, Johns Prairie Main Lunchroom, Belfair Payment Center & Telecom Data Center
Let’s help keep the shelves stocked and ensure no one in our community goes hungry this season. Goods will be delivered to Saints Pantry.
Please contact any PUDEA member, Chelsea Somero, or Melissa Anderson with any questions.
