For a century, the Mason County Chamber has recognized deserving businesses, individuals, and organizations through its annual awards program. Again this year, the public was invited to submit nominations for the individuals, businesses, and organizations that they believed made a difference in our community. Following a rigorous process, more than 100 nominations were narrowed to a handful of finalists for each category.
A well-deserved, Dawn Myers, received the Citizen of the Year award for making outstanding contributions to enhance the business community and the community at large!
Fill the Truck Drives, Organizing the Haunted Huff-n-Puff, assembling volunteers to support the Toys-for-Tots program, and serving as Treasurer for two local non-profit organizations are a few of the the amazing contributions Dawn was recognized for!
