Here are some of the tips employees shared on how they managed Covid-19 symptoms:

  • My family uses a lot of natural medicines and remedies. We prepared for the virus by making a tea with mullein leaf, nettle leaf and oat straw. This tea heals and supports the respiratory system, strengthens your blood to help fight off any illness, and manages fevers, body aches and inflammation. We gathered more hydrogen peroxide and while we were sick, and we added it to our humidifiers, and diffusers to kill the virus in the air and boost our oxygen levels. We increased our zinc, vitamins D, B-complex and C. We also drank a lot of tea with cinnamon, lemon and raw honey in it. Cinnamon is an antiviral and lemon help with breaking up congestion. I hope this helps

  • I was not vaccinated, and my symptoms were burning in my sinuses and foggy head. Other than that it was like a minor cold. I took Quercetin for a few days, along with my one a day multi vitamin. I also stayed hydrated and rested as much as I could.

  •  Upon getting my first symptom, I took Ivermectin (for it's antiviral effect against COVID), vitamin C, D, zinc everyday and drank lots of water. Only sick for a couple of days and just low energy for a few more. Got lots of rest and back to normal fairly shortly.

  • Sleep!! As with any cold or flu, the more I sleep, the more quickly I seem to fight it off. I rely on TheraFlu (nighttime version) for help with that.

  • Horse pills

  • (The jokester of the group) Well, while having no taste and smell, we took the opportunity to clean out the bar. We drank up all that old liquor that no one likes! Thankfully the virus did not make us too ill and we were able to keep a sense of humor. Laughter is the best medicine!
