Retirement Announcement - Congratulations Jeff!
After more than 33 years of dedicated service with PUD 3, Jeff Gott will be retiring on Tuesday, September 2nd. Please join us in congratulating him and wishing him the very best as he begins this well-deserved retirement journey!
Jeff began his career at PUD 3 in April 1992 as a Meter Reader and, over the years, contributed in various positions in the operations department:
1992 Utility Person
1998 Apprentice Lineman
2001 Journeyman Lineman
2012 Line Foreman
In 2016 Jeff was promoted to Belfair Line Superintendent where he supervised the Line crew at the Belfair warehouse, until their move to Shelton in 2023. Jeff will be wrapping up his career at PUD as the Operations Superintendent.
Jeff has a gift of making people laugh and keeping the mood lighthearted even in stressful moments. His quick wit and easygoing style often lightened the day, helping to make the workplace more enjoyable and the team more connected.
As Jeff moves into this new chapter of life, we thank him for over three decades of service to PUD 3 and its customers. We will miss the laughter and genuine spirit he’s shared with our team and wish him nothing but happiness in his retirement. On his last day, please take a moment to wish him well.
