Ryan took the initiative to bring old equipment back to life instead of letting it go to waste. By creatively combining existing tools and parts, including a test set, salvaged test leads, and a mobile workstation cabinet, he made it possible for the wire shop to start testing equipment like reclosures.

Ryan's resourcefulness and creative problem-solving saved the District money and put underused tools back to work.
