Retirement Announcement - Congratulations Kim!

Please join us in extending our heartfelt congratulations to Kim Albaugh as she prepares for her well-deserved retirement with a remarkable 31 years of service at PUD 3!

Kim started her journey with PUD 3 in 1993 as a Clerk/Meter Reader and has held various CSR positions in the customer service department over the years, concluding her career as the CSR – Account Specialist for the last 8 years, a role she has been passionate about.

Kim’s wealth of knowledge and dedication have made her the cornerstone of our customer service team. Her expertise, built over three decades, has been invaluable in guiding countless customers and co-workers through complex situations with grace and efficiency. Kim embodies the District’s core value of reliability. She leads by example, demonstrating unwavering commitment to both the District and our customers. She has been a rock in the customer service department, with colleagues from across the utility coming to her with various questions over the years. Kim has also been instrumental in navigating three utility wide conversions while in customer service, showcasing her exceptional dedication!

As Kim embarks on this new chapter of her life, we extend our heartfelt gratitude for her years of service and dedication. While her consistent presence will be greatly missed, we wish her all the joy, relaxation, and adventure that retirement brings.

Kim’s last day is June 27th. Please feel free to stop by the customer service department tomorrow to wish Kim well.  A cake celebration will occur at 1:00 pm in the customer service department area.
