SAFETY PROGRAM
The 2026 Safety Program outlines details of how you can help continually improve the safety culture at Mason PUD 3. Employee participation earns points towards year-end awards.
A few highlights of the program include:
Mandatory OSHA completion to earn a year-end award.
Annual Safety Day Fair - June 16 - Save the Date!
New incentive options including GPS watches, food dehydrator, vacuum sealer, headlamps, FR apparel and more!
The option to upgrade/downgrade year-end awards.
OSHA LESSONS
The 2026 OSHA lessons are available for completion!
You can login to NeoGov:
Using the link in the enrollment email
On the intranet Safety Page by clicking the “OSHA Login” cone
On the intranet under the Employee section of the Tool Belt by using the NeoGov button
The courses will appear under “My Tasks” on your Dashboard. You may notice the required OSHA lessons have been condensed. There is now a list of optional lessons you can request to be enrolled in for additional points.

Reminder: An employee that completes all required OSHA lessons by March 31st will qualify to earn a bonus bronze level item in addition to the 300 safety points. If lessons are complete between April 1st - August 31st, the employee will only earn the 300 safety points. Employees completing OSHA between September 1st- December 15th will still qualify for a year-end incentive, but will not earn any points for OSHA completion.
Upon qualifying for a bonus bronze level item, please use the Safey Incentive Form on the Safety Page to make your selection.
