Updated Strategic Plan

The strategic plan that launched in 2020 guided our work through the end of 2025 and supported significant progress across the District. As we begin a new year, we’re introducing a refreshed strategic plan that carries forward our mission and vision while updating our core values to reflect how we work today and where we are headed next.

Safety remains our guiding value, shaping every project and decision we make. The updated plan is anchored by six updated core values that provide a shared framework for how we serve our customers, support one another, and prepare for the future.
