Scheduled outage for the Harstine Island area - September 28

On Monday, September 28, Mason PUD 3 will be upgrading facilities for more reliable electric service in the Harstine Island area. Specific roadways affected include E Nicole Lane, E Jacobs Lane, and Teamsters Drive. While this work occurs, there will be a temporary outage affecting customers in these areas.

The outage will last from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

During the outage, PUD 3 recommends unplugging sensitive appliances and electronic equipment until power has been restored for about 20 minutes. Also, especially with electronics, it is always important to use surge protectors.
