Employee Expectations for Visitor/Vendor Entering PUD 3 Facilities During COVID-19

Prior approval for a visitor/vendor on the premises must be granted by your director and HR.

Employee is responsible for communicating the self-check protocol to the visitor/vendor before the visit. Asking them all appropriate questions (listed below in the self-check).

Upon approval ensure you communicate with visitor/vendor where to meet and when. If you are not working on premises, please give Jenny Goos advance notice and she can arrange to meet with and let them in.


Please go over the Self-Check with visitor/vendor before their visit.

Do NOT allow anyone to visit a PUD 3 location if they have any of the following symptoms:

Self Checklist - General Health Self Screen (Per CDC health guidance)

  • Fever of 100.4

  • Cough

  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing or at least two of the following:

  • Chills

  • Shaking with chills

  • Muscle pain

  • Sore throat

  • Loss of taste or smell

Communicate the Following Protocol to Visitor/Vendor:

  • Wash or sanitize hands upon arrival and prior to leaving the facility.

  • Keep to only pre-planned and necessary areas of the facility during visit and follow social distancing guidelines (6 feet from others).

  • A mask must be worn at all times while on site. Beginning June 14, 2021, fully vaccinated individuals may work unmasked only after showing proof of vaccination. Please have visitors/vendors check in with Jenny Goos or Ali Burgess to log vaccination status.


Ensure communication with visitor/vendor, contacting HR & Facilities when they leave premises so proper sanitation can be accomplished.
