Interns & Students Take Over Our Social Media

Learn More About What Our Interns and Students Were Up to This Summer!

This year was a big one for our student employee program – we had a record-breaking six interns, along with eight student workers in our long-running student program. Check out the three videos below for a look at some of the projects they worked on, what they learned, and a few highlights from their summer at PUD 3.

Intern Alli put the videos together as part of a social media takeover, giving our interns and students a chance to share their experiences in their own words.

PUD 3 has hosted a student program for decades, giving local students an opportunity to learn new skills, experience a real work environment, and get a closer look at the many different careers available right here in our community. And it’s not always just a summer job – several of our current employees got their start here as students!

Thanks to all of our interns and student workers for a great summer – and good luck with the school year!
